SWWHA ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES, April 19, 2012

The meeting was called to order by President Lisa Stubbs at 7:05 PM in the Hy-Vee meeting room. About 26 neighbors were present. The agenda was adopted and was approved by a voice vote. The minutes from the previous meeting were also read and approved.

President’s Report: Please look at the architectural restrictions before making structural changes to your homes. These can be found on the Shadywood West website.

Treasurer’s Report: We have 114 out o 130 residents that have paid home owners association dues.

Social Committee Report: Page 4 of the newsletter lists current social activities. Marcia Bishop will be coordinating social activities.

Architecture Committee Report: Concerns were expressed with respect to new windows, siding replacement, sheds, and dog runs.

Grounds Committee: Skinners is ready to work on our common areas.

Old Business: Construction is about a week behind due to rain. Phase one should be complete by mid-June and Phase two in September.

New Business:

Nominating Committee: Please volunteer to fill board positions next year.
